Three years ago we realized we had outgrown our current location and needed more space and an upgrade of our facilities. That’s when we partnered with Craig Greenhaw. Under Craig’s direction we were able to find a designer who specialized in the “Drive-Thru” concept we were looking for. He also found the perfect piece of real estate to locate our new facility. We built a 28,000 square foot, state of the art lumber yard, unlike any other in our area. Craig oversaw the project’s construction, from start to finish, working tirelessly to be sure everything was done correctly and that we stayed in our budget. Craig’s expertise, determination, knowledge of the process and experience was invaluable to us. We would not be where we are today without him!

We were relocating from Atlanta to the Columbus, Ga area. Craig was born in Columbus area and was a wealth of information on Columbus and Harris county. My wife found him on the internet and he was a blessing to our search. Not only did he spend many hours helping us find the right house, he then researched the deal and negotiated more than I could have ever imagined. He is extremely smart and well connected and used his expertise to our advantage.
