No Brokerage Relationship Created
Using the Site, submitting a form, or exchanging messages with us does not create an agency, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship. Under Georgia law, a brokerage relationship arises only through a written agreement. Until such an agreement is signed, we owe you no agency duties, and information you send us should not be treated as confidential.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Muscogee County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability and Entire Agreement
